Privacy

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and shows no advertising. Its fonts, styles, and drawings are its own, and the only thing it loads from another site is the script that counts visits, described below.

Counting visits

The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, so that the project can see which pages and specifications people read, and which sites link to them. For each page you open, a small script reports the page, the site that linked to it, your browser, operating system, and type of device, your country, and how long the page took to load.

It uses no cookies and nothing else stored in your browser, and it does not identify you or follow you from one site to another.

Hosting

Cloudflare serves the site. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and the details of each request, and uses them to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, as Cloudflare’s privacy policy sets out. Cloudflare also keeps a log of the requests the site handles for a few days, which the project uses to find and fix problems with the site.

Other sites

Links to GitHub, where the project’s work happens, and to other sites, take you to sites with privacy policies of their own. What you write in an issue or a pull request on GitHub is public.

Questions

Everyone is welcome.

Read a draft and open an issue, try the Data Model with your own tank’s data, or build something that reads or writes it.
